Associate Attorney Job Description National employment law and civil defense firm, seeks an attorney with at least 3 to 7 years of experience for an associate position in its Memphis, TN office. Candidates should have prior experience with at least dispositive motion, written discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Labor and employment law experience preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Tennessee. Position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, as well as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and other benefits.
