Cardinal Staffing is Interviewing for a production facility in Holly, MI for an Assembly Operator performing production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.

Pay: $17/hour; 2nd and 3rd shift receive an additional $0.60/hr shift premium.
Shifts: 1st Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
- Ensures product/process quality and efficiency through inspection and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintains procedures to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.
- Performs basic preventative maintenance and routine product changeover setups.
- Maintains material movement systems and completes proper paperwork and documentation.
- Participates in annual planning process, understanding plant objectives and identifying improvements to help attain goals.
- Performs other duties as necessary in support of team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; or equivalent.
- Preferred 1+ year(s) experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Must be able to interact effectively with other team members
- Demonstrated ability to operate within production and quality standards; including being able to operate/utilize all job-related equipment. Equipment may include hand cart, hand tools, production machinery and other related equipment and tools.
- Demonstrated good attendance, safety, and performance record.
- Proven experience working with cross functional teams to complete daily tasks and projects.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other employees.
- Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
Pay: $17/hour; 2nd and 3rd shift receive an additional $0.60/hr shift premium.
Shifts: 1st Monday-Friday
- 6:30am-2:30pm
- 7:00am-3:00pm
- 2:30pm-10:30pm
- 3:00pm-11:00pm
- 10:30pm-6:30am
- 11:00pm-7:00am
