Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for Production & Assembly Workers in Northwood, OH. Working in Production & Assembly for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced automotive environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations including:

Other Job Duties:
- To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.
- To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.
- To follow Company policies and display conduct
- Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies and procedures
- Strive to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by the Team Leader.
- Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure quality parts and customer satisfaction.
- May generate special or hazardous wastes in the course of their duties and follow all work instructions that explain the handling of special and hazardous wastes.
- Maintain a clean work area and report any malfunctioning equipment.
- Perform assemblies and other job functions per work guidance sheets.
- Return all tools to proper storage area at the end of the shift.
- Record and report all data required to maintain daily production records
- Direct all non-conforming parts to the appropriate reprocess area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production Team Leader.
