Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Production & Assembly for in Northwood, OH.  Working in Production & Assembly for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced automotive environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations including:  
  • Basic automotive assembly for the front facias, bumpers and other plastic automotive parts
  • Following Safety Procedures
  • Quality Checks
 This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.   Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All Production and Assembly are offered competitive compensation of $19.90 - $20.15 per hour.  Generous referral and attendance bonuses!  You must have open availability for both 1st and 2nd shifts. 8-12 hours shifts with possible overtime. 5 – 7 day work week.  Other Job Duties
  • To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.
  • To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.
  • To follow Company policies and display conduct 
  • Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies and procedures 
  • Strive to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure parts quality and customer satisfaction.
  • May generate special or hazardous wastes in the course of their duties and must follow all work instructions that explain the handling of special and hazardous wastes.  
  • Maintain a clean work area and report any malfunctioning equipment
  • Perform assemblies and other job functions per work guidance sheets.
  • Return all tools to proper storage area at the end of the shift.
  • Record and report all data required to maintain daily production records 
  • Direct all non-conforming parts to the appropriate reprocess area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the production Team Leader.
