Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring experienced Assembly Production workers for an automotive supplier client in Northwood, OH.  Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation $17.25 - $18.25 per hour.
Available shifts include 1st (5:00 am - 5:00 pm) and 2nd shift (5:00 pm - 5:00 am). Responsibilities of the Assembly Production:  
  • Assembly of vehicle seating and rotation of work stations as needed.
  • Maintain a consistently safe work environment through re-enforcing OSHA policies. 
  • Ensure efficient coordination and processing of work orders/tasks to meet production deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production. 
  • Proven track record of effective problem-solving. 
  • Strong communication skills.
