Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is hiring for Assembly Operators in Auburn Hills, MI with a leading supplier of drivetrain systems.
Pay: $17.00 per hour1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift | Inquire about shift times* We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Join our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of our production operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment to fabricate, assemble, weld, package, and handle materials according to specifications
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards and specifications
- Use hand tools and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to production schedules and meet production quotas Skills Needed:
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and calculating dimensions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to operate hand tools and other equipment safely and effectively
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required*
