About: Dana is one of the world’s leading suppliers of complete drivetrain systems for passenger cars, SUVs, vans, and light trucks. As a system integrator, they work with the clients to engineer, manufacture, and assemble each of their components, including drive shafts and axles, into complete systems designed to meet customer requirements. Dress Code: Employees are expected to wear work appropriate clothing. Jeans, Khakis, and short or long sleeve shirts are permitted. No sweatpants, jogging pants, leggings / yoga pants, tank tops, exposed stomach, low-cut shirts, and nothing offensive on the clothing. PPE: Masks, Steel toed shoes, and safety glasses are required. Ear plugs are optional. However, if you are going to wear ear protection, they cannot be headphones, earpiece, or anything electronic. Attendance Policy: Dana operates off a strict attendance policy. All absences must be approved in advance of a missed date. In case of an emergency Dana may require documentation. Any unauthorized absences may result in disciplinary action up to termination from your assignment.
Attendance Point System:
Point Allowances: Temporary employees are allowed up to two (2) points. Any temporary employee that exceeds two (2) points is subject to their assignment being ended at Dana.
- ½ Point: Tardy or leaving early less than one (1) hour
- 1 Point: Absent for your shift
- 1 Point: Tardy or leaving early greater than one (1) hour
- No Call No Show – Automatic Release and assignment ended
