Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Assembly in Monroe, MI.
Pay Rate: $14.50 - $15.00 / hourShifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift | Inquire about shift times*
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Set up HB equipment including adjusting controls to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Assist material handlers
• Monitor process and adjust account for temperature, pressure and other factors.
• Check the quality and bulk density, and make minor changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot problems with process and make corrections.
• Comply with all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
• Cross train in various other HB work centers.
• Must be able to use precision measurement tools.
• Perform routine maintenance
• Complete production reports as directed.
Other requirements include:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience working in metric numbers.
• Be able to interpret basic production data to decide on production and quality issues.
• Able to follow work instructions as well as make independent judgments based on production and quality data.
• Good team skills.
