This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team producing high-quality components for the automotive industry.Position Overview:As an Assembly Worker, you’ll be responsible for various aspects of production including assembly, quality inspection, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This is a "just-in-time" (JIT) production environment, so flexibility and reliability are essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic assembly of automotive components, including front fascias, bumpers, and other plastic parts.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Solid, recent work history demonstrating reliability and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Flexible schedule required due to JIT production demands.
- Must adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- 1st Shift: $17.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: $17.75/hour
- 1st Shift: Start between 5:30 AM – 6:00 AM, end between 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Start between 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM, end between 1:30 AM – 2:30 AM
