Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Production Assembly in Delta Township, MI. As a Production Assembler for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in an automotive environment and be involved in all aspects of manufacturing production operations including:
No experience is necessary and qualified applicants can start immediately! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $16.00 - $16.25 per hour. Generous referral bonus available. Many employee incentives and room for growth.
Available shifts include 1st (6:25 am start) and 2nd shift (4:40pm start), 5 – 6 days a week, hours are based on production for shift end time. Overtime is available!

- Gluing wiring harnesses to a head or liner
- Running wiring harnesses inside a dashboard
- Making headliners and dashboards for GM, Buick and Chevy SUVs
- Will be working 10 - 12 hour shifts
