Position OverviewCardinal Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers/Production Associates for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in Trenton, MI. This role involves light assembly, inspection, and packaging of products while following written work instructions. This is a seated position ideal for candidates who thrive in a repetitive, quality-focused environment.
Shift & Pay
- 1st Shift: 1:00 AM – 3:45 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
- Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
- Assemble components according to detailed work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify defects and perform minor rework when necessary
- Package products according to specifications
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Assist with basic machine operation as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to remain seated for the majority of the shift
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous assembly or production experience preferred but not required
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity to gain manufacturing experience
