Job Description
SUMMARY Perform assembly operations on parts, printed circuit boards, cables, wire harnesses, electronic enclosures, assemblies and subassemblies. Requires use of fixtures, soldering equipment and hand powered tools to accomplish proper fit or adjustments. Generally works from detailed work instructions, but may work from blueprints and perform some layout.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperates in routine, repetitive procedures requiring fine motor skills and ability to follow pictorial and verbal instructions. Basic understanding of safety, part placement and ESD. Assists with Prep and slideline setup. Must have strong attention to detail and precision.

- Must be able to successfully complete all training required for the position and pass the associated exams with the required score. Must be able to successfully complete annual training required of all employees to include (but not limited to) Safety, ESD, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, material handling and component ID.
- Must be able to accurately and completely document time records and labor time reporting by Work Order, Assembly, Work Center and task as well as correct quantities completed. No/minimal missed swipes and/or errors.
