Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Production, Assembly and Forklift positions in Battle Creek, MI. Working in Production, Assembly and Forklift for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced automotive environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations including basic automotive assembly, quality checks, following safety procedures, and working in a team focused environment. These are entry level positions, and no experience is necessary! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
All shifts available, including 1st (7a-3:10p), 2nd (3p-11:10p) and 3rd (11p-7:10a), working Monday-Friday. Overtime is available based on production, but most shifts are working 40 hours/week. Pay rates range from $17-18/hr. based on shift. Long term positions available, with hire in opportunities and growth opportunities available.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license (for forklift positions only)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
Steel toes required
Strong attendance required
