Production & Manufacturing Associates – $17–$18/hr + Growth Opportunities
Battle Creek, MI | Multiple Shifts Available

Cardinal Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Associates to work with a well-established automotive manufacturer in Battle Creek, MI.
If you’re dependable and ready to work in a stable, growing facility, we want to hear from you!
Available Positions
• Production Assembler
• Machine Operator
• Heat Treat
• Die Casting
• Quality Auditor
• Forklift Operator
Pay & Schedule
• $17–$18/hour (based on shift)
• Raises available after hire-in
• 40 hours/week with overtime as needed
Shift Options:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:10 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:10 AM
What You’ll Need
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Strong, reliable work history
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (forklift roles only)
• Steel-toe footwear
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
