Aftermarket Sales & Marketing Manager - Aftermarket Air Filters
Location: Toledo, Ohio (Remote work with some travel required- can be anywhere in the US)
Direct Hire Full-Time, Salary + Commission (Based on experience in relation to market sectors, quality of interview and job description)
About Us: A dynamic new player in the air filter industry, is expanding its presence in North America. Based in Toledo, Ohio, we specialize in high-quality air filters for automotive, heavy truck, off-highway, and residential/industrial HVAC markets. Our parent company, located in Bangkok, Thailand, ensures our filters are produced and shipped efficiently to our North American customers. As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the aftermarket segment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for product growth in the aftermarket segment in automotive, heavy truck, off-highway, industrial, residential sectors
  • Conduct periodic market reviews and provide actionable recommendations for competitive positioning and growth.
  • Build and maintain an active list of potential new customers, driving proactive sales efforts to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the global team on product development and production as needed.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and competitive offerings to maximize revenue.
  • Support R&D efforts by sourcing and procuring samples.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of product catalogs.
  • Partner with the commercial team to create profitable business cases and drive strategies to secure new business opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the aftermarket engineering product sector.
  • Proven experience working with B2B buyers and management.
  • Strong proficiency in Web, Email, and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of aftermarket fundamentals in relevant markets.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a successful sales track record.
  • Outgoing, results-oriented, and a proactive go-getter.
  • All other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience:
  • Direct sales experience and established contacts within target markets and customer segments.
  • Experience in a project or team leadership role with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Creative problem solver capable of finding and implementing effective solutions.
Compensation:
  • Base salary plus commission.
