Job Title: Aerospace Composites Technician
Position OverviewOur client in Roseville, MI is seeking an Entry-Level Composites Technician to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. No prior composites experience is required — training will be provided. The technician will assist with basic composite fabrication tasks, supporting production and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities

The technician will assist with basic composite fabrication tasks, supporting production and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with composite layup, trimming, sanding, and finishing under supervision
- Prepare materials and work areas for production
- Follow standard work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
- Help with vacuum bagging and basic curing processes
- Perform basic inspection tasks and report defects to lead technicians
- Support tool and mold setup and general shop organization
- Maintain clean and safe work areas, including proper handling of materials and waste
- Accurately document production records and inspection results
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- No prior composites experience required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience (helpful but not required)
- Basic familiarity with composite materials (carbon fiber, fiberglass, etc.)
- Interest in career growth within aerospace manufacturing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
