Job Description
Job title: Aerospace Builder/Assembly
Our client in Roseville, MI is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for building aircraft seating systems according to customer specifications and industry standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each build.
Inventory and inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality.
Assemble aircraft seat components per customer specifications and work instructions.
Use manual, electric, and pneumatic hand tools safely and effectively.
Follow and support RCO Quality Policies and procedures.
Contribute to corporate continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production and team goals.
Employment Requirements:
Experience or education in blueprint reading preferred.
Familiarity with the use of basic hand tools for assembly work.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in aerospace or manufacturing assembly a plus.
Understanding of quality assurance and safety practices.
Comfortable working in a team-oriented production environment.
Pay: $18.00/hr
