Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Toledo, OH. This role provides day-to-day administrative support and helps ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Available shifts 1st shift- 5AM to 3:30PM Monday to Thursday (overtime when needed on Friday)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Purchase products and office supplies as needed
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route calls appropriately
- Greet visitors, clients, and the public in a professional manner
- Prepare and distribute outgoing mail
- Perform faxing, copying, and scanning of documents
- Maintain and organize office filing systems
- Type, format, and create documents as needed
- Run work-related errands as requested
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previously accounting and business management experience
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, email, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Professional and friendly demeanor
