Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring Administrative Assistant in the Roseville area. Provide administrative commercial and organizational support to shop, Program Management, and sales/Customers. All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). - Track and reconcile reports for operations and management (profit /loss, budgets and raw materials)
- Provide contract review functions
- Maintain/ oversee records for department shipments, raw materials, and parts inventory
- Run daily job schedule and manage updates (Systems: Dashboard, Microsoft SL and Epicor)
- Provide support to accounts receivable department
- Facilitate on-line meetings with customers, including WebEx updates
- Work with estimating and sales to process/distribute quotes & engineering changes.
- Ensure compliance to policies, procedures and practices
- Reconcile timekeeping records in Kronos
- Support continuous improvement initiative.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in manufacturing administrative support
- Keyboarding experience. Experience or training in MS Office suite
