Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Accounts Payable position in Tallahassee, FL. As a Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable staff member, you will be working for a local building/remodeling business working in their office to keep accounts in order.
Pay is $16.00 per hour* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable for customer projects.
  • Bookkeeping both with physical files and electronically.
  • Responsible for maintaining an orderly file system and electronic records.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Answering phones.
 Must meet all the following requirements:
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a business setting.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally with customers.
  • Must be detail-focused, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to use electronic accounts software and learn new programs if necessary.
  • Must be able to work independently or in collaboration with others. 
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
