Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a large manufacturing client located in the Metro Area.  Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18-21) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).    Available shifts:  1st
 Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk: 
  • Process and prepare payments and check request. Gathers any back up information needed for check approval, weekly and as needed. 
  • Matches vendors invoices and shippers to purchase order information and resolves discrepancies.
  • Responds to inquires from department personnel and vendors: maintains auditable records, Data Entry (SAP)
  • Process non-inventory Purchases orders
  • Prepare, fax and mail business correspondence as needed, i.e. liability insurance, etc.
  • Copying, filing, faxing, sorting and compiling various reports, spreadsheets, etc. 
  • Performing other office task
  Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Clerk: •          Attention to Detail•          2 years minimum of similar work experience•         Must have a high school diploma or a GED  About Cardinal Staffing Services: Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. has over 25 years of experience being recognized as leaders in the staffing industry.
