This is a full-time, on-site role requiring accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Handle return material authorizations (RMAs).
- Ensure proper and complete issuance of customer credits.
- Scan and upload related documents into the system.
- File and follow up on freight claims until resolved.
- Maintain certificates of insurance.
- Organize and enter minor billing error invoices and credits.
- Track and manage co-op charges and credits.
- Assist with warranty issuance and other support programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of administrative or accounting support experience.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Office-based, professional accounting department setting.
- Requires consistent attention to detail, data entry, and task management.
