Job Description
The Accounting Administrative Assistant will support the Accounting Department personnel with day-to day office operation and general administrative duties. Starting at 18$ an hour. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Process return material authorizations, scan to the customer, and attach to the system
o Insure credits are issued properly and fully
• Maintain co-op charges and credits
• Files freight claims and follow thru until completion
• Maintain certificates of insurance
• Enter minor billing error invoices and credits
• Assist with current programs and their support
• Assist with warranty issuance
• Must be present in the office on a daily basis. This is not a remote position.

Work Environment:
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work 8:00 AM to 5PM Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, opening filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
