Cardinal Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to manage the financial records and accounting functions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives working independently and can efficiently manage monthly bookkeeping responsibilities within a flexible, limited schedule.
This will be a part time position, 20-25 hours weekly.

This will be a part time position, 20-25 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements
- Process invoices, receipts, and vendor payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper expense categorization
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for management review
- Track parts purchases, service transactions, and sales revenue
- Assist with payroll data entry and preparation of tax documentation as needed
- Monitor inventory costs and maintain accurate cost tracking related to hydraulic parts and repairs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial best practices
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (small business experience preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or similar accounting software
- Strong understanding of general ledger and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
