A&P Mechanic - 2nd Shift
Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring A&P Mechanic in the Roseville area. The A&P Mechanic will work through aircraft cabin seat sets for routine maintenance and repairs. All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Pay: Up to $35/hr Responsibilities:

- Carry out all necessary repairs, adjustments, and retrofits for aircraft cabin seat sets.
- Act as a Lead Seat Technician, providing technical support and guidance to team members.
- Conduct inspections on finished work completed by other technicians to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate directly with the Supervising Inspector to provide updates on projects and report any issues.
Qualifications:
- A&P Mechanic (Required)
- Prior management experience (Highly Preferred)
- Character Traits:
- Leadership ability
- Highly motivated and organized
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and create solutions
- Able to be flexible with time/schedule to deal with project issues
- Global travel requirements – current passport preferred
