Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring A&P Mechanic in the Roseville area. The A&P Mechanic will work through aircraft cabin seat sets for routine maintenance and repairs.  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).   Pay: Up to $35/hrAvailable shift starts at 2pm .   Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all necessary repairs, adjustments, and retrofits for aircraft cabin seat sets.
  • Act as a Lead Seat Technician, providing technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Conduct inspections on finished work completed by other technicians to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate directly with the Supervising Inspector to provide updates on projects and report any issues.

Qualifications:
  • A&P Mechanic (Required)
  • Prior management experience (Highly Preferred)
  • Character Traits:
    • Leadership ability
    • Highly motivated and organized
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and create solutions
    • Able to be flexible with time/schedule to deal with project issues
    • Global travel requirements – current passport preferred
