Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for forklift positions in Lansing, MI.Working in Production, Assembly, or Forklift for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced automotive environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations, including:
  • Basic automotive assembly of front and rear bumpers for GM
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Following all safety procedures
  • Performing quality checks
This position requires candidates to be able to work independently, demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude, and have previous automotive or production work history.Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in its team members! All Production and Assembly positions offer competitive pay of $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Forklift positions receive an additional $2.50 per hour premium. Referral and production bonuses are also available!Overtime Available!
Openings are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, working 10–12 hours per day and 5–6 days per week.Requirements
  • Automotive and/or production work history is required.
  • Must be nicotine-free to be eligible for hire-in.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
