Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Zone Lead in Norwalk, OH.  In this role, you will work for a local manufacturing facility.Job Requirements:
  • Daily shift hand overs 
  • First Piece and Process Parameters verifications.
  • Frequently quality inspection of parts.
  • Assisting with Teflon and ensuring Tool Changes are going as planned.   
  • Verify part quality after unplanned downtime occurs or process modifications.
  • Bring “Big Hitters” problems and faults to shift meeting.
  • Assist Supervisors with daily tasks.
  • Coach Group Leads.
  • Verify rejects/scrap and daily reporting of production output.
 Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $21.00 per hour with a $1 raise after 30 days on the job. Shift premiums are available as well. Referral bonuses available! Shift availability is as follows:3rd shift.
