Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Line Operators in Monroe, MI.   Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members!  All Temp-to-Hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20.00 per hour, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.   Available shifts include 3rd (12am-8am).  Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Follows all policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Procedures, Environmental Management System, and various other sources as they relate to the job function.

Reads production orders to determine material requirements.

Cuts welds out to separate material.

Observes strip to detect defects.

Operates oiler to ensure proper oil is applied.

Performs minor machine maintenance and general housekeeping.


 Required Qualifications of the Production (General Laborers): 
  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required.  
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance. 
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement. 
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
