Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Cook – Corn Processor to join our food production team. This position is responsible for cooking, monitoring, and processing corn products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following food safety and quality standards.
3rd Shift Corn Cooks will be working 10:00pm-6:30am, 5-6 days a week. Pay rates start at $17.50/hr. with overtime payments for 40+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities
- Operate cooking and processing equipment for corn production
- Monitor cook times, temperatures, and batch quality
- Follow production schedules and recipes accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Complete production and quality control documentation
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with loading ingredients and packaging support as needed
- Work efficiently as part of a production team
- Previous food production or industrial cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
- Forklift experience is a plus (optional)
