Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring Line Crew Associates for a large, well-known client in Bowling Green, OH. As a Line Crew Associate, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be involved in all aspects of manufacturing and packaging absorbent products.
Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16.00 per hour + $1 per hour differential) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

- Pack and seal bags of absorbent products into boxes
- Pull and sort products
- Quality inspection
- Label and assemble boxes
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Complete daily reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to stand for full 8 hour shift
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Team oriented
- High school diploma or GED
