Cardinal Staffing is hiring Sanitation Associates for a clean, modern produce distribution warehouse in Brooklyn, MI. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
The Sanitation associate position is working 2nd shift (4:30p-1:00a) Monday- Friday, with some Saturdays available for overtime. Starting pay is $16/hr. This is a temp to hire position with growth opportunities available.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and workstations to meet food safety standards
- Follow GMP and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and compliant facility
- Remove waste, debris, and packaging materials from production areas
- Restock sanitation supplies and maintain organized cleaning stations
- Support the production team by ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- Perform routine sanitation checks throughout the shift What We’re Looking For
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or food production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8–10 hours
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
