Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for all shifts for Assembly positions in Lansing, MI. Working in Production, Assembly, or Forklift for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced automotive environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations, including:
  • Basic automotive assembly of front and rear bumpers for GM
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Following all safety procedures
  • Performing quality checks
This position requires candidates to be able to work independently, demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude, and have previous automotive or production work history. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in its team members! All Production and Assembly positions offer competitive pay of $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Forklift positions receive an additional $2.50 per hour premium. Referral and production bonuses are also available! Overtime Available! Openings are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, working 10–12 hours per day and 5–6 days per week.
Requirements
  • Automotive and/or production work history is required.
  • Must be nicotine-free to be eligible for hire-in.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
