Location: Potterville, MI | Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime as required
Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $17.00/hr
2nd Shift: $17.75/hr

About the RoleCardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associates for 21st Century Plastics, a plastic injection molding company located in Potterville, MI. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a clean, well-lit warehouse environment.Warehouse Production Associates will assist with trimming, assembly, visual inspection, and packaging of plastic molded products, including bleachers and stadium seating. Available Shifts1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Training:
All shifts will train on 1st shift, Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, for approximately 2 weeks. Training may extend up to 3 weeks if additional support is needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrim, assemble, inspect, and package plastic molded products.Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.Learn and operate multiple machines in a manufacturing environment.Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced setting.Follow all safety, production, and company policies.Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job RequirementsMust be flexible based on company needs.Must be able to pass testing with a score of 80% or higher.English comprehension is required, both spoken and written.Must be able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.Must be dependable and have good attendance.Must be able to work overtime as required, including some Saturdays.No phone policy is enforced during orientation and on the production floor.
