Cardinal Staffing is partnered with a warehouse facility in Lansing, MI, specializing in the distribution and production of construction products and equipment. We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This direct hire position involves picking and packing orders, forklift operation, saw operation, and general warehouse tasks.Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts and saws to support warehouse operations.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure accuracy in product selection and shipments.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work 1st shift, with flexibility based on customer demands.
  • Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.
  • Chauffeur's license required; DOT Medical card is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch and basic math skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, a team player, customer-oriented, and strong work ethic.
