Hours: 7 am to 5pm (Some Saturdays)
Employment Type: Direct Hire About the RoleCardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Driver / Warehouse Associates for a well-established distribution and production company in Lansing, MI. This is a hands-on warehouse role in a fast-paced construction products and equipment environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift and material handling experience, strong attention to detail, and a valid Chauffeur’s License. Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and saws in accordance with safety procedures
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations
- Valid Chauffeur’s License (required)
- DOT Medical Card (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Steel toe or composite toe boots/shoes required
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch and perform basic math
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
