Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is partnered with a growing produce warehouse in Brooklyn, MI. They are currently looking to fill 1st shift positions, working Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Some overtime and Saturdays may be required during their busy season. This position focuses on sorting, inspecting, and packaging produce within a very clean and temperature-controlled environment.
Job Details:
• 8–9-hour days
• $15.00/hr. with raises available at 90 days
• Temp to Hire Position
• Very clean facility
• Team oriented and respectful environment
• No steel toes and all PPE supplied to you by company
• Temperature controlled environment
• Benefits available upon hire in, including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and vacation time
Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for 8-9 hours a day
• Lifting to 40 pounds
• Team oriented and positive attitude
• No jewelry, fake nails, nail polish, or fake eyelashes allowed
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience in production preferred, but not required
