Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is hiring for Order Pickers in Sandusky, OH.This position is responsible for gathering the appropriate items to fulfil incoming orders by using a hand-held scanner to locate item on the shelves and/or in floor bins. Neatly organizing items on a cart to separate multiple orders, and upon complete order fulfillment, then place your cart in the packing line. Shift: 1st shift 6am - 2:30pm.  Currently working Monday - SaturdayPay: $13.00/hr plus hourly production incentives  Essential skills include:
  • Pick product and process according to policy.
  • Compare product picked from order customer order.
  • Maintain all inventory in neat and orderly fashion
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe work area
  • Adheres to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
Qualifications:
  • Ability to walk continuously, bending, twisting, and/or squatting may be required
  • Good organization skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to understand and follow instruction as directed
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance is required
