Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is hiring Food Production Associates for a growing produce distribution warehouse in Brooklyn, MI.We are seeking dependable individuals with experience in food production, produce handling, packaging, quality inspection, or warehouse operations. If you’ve worked in food manufacturing, grocery distribution, agriculture, or a fast-paced production environment — we want to hear from you!Schedule & Pay
  • $15/hour starting pay
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm
  • Overtime and some weekend shifts required during peak season
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
? What You’ll Do
  • Sort, inspect, and package fresh produce according to quality standards
  • Perform visual quality checks to ensure food safety and freshness
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations following GMP guidelines
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Support team members to meet daily production goals
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in food production, warehouse, grocery, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
  • Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
  • Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
  • Availability for seasonal overtime
