Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are here for the sole purpose to help families when they need it the most. We have a high expectation of our employees to be punctual, reliable, and ready to help. We expect empathy when helping the grieving families and strive to have a positive and help oriented work environment.
Daily duties will include:
Inbound and outbound calls
Working well with others
Ordering medical records
Processing claims
Preform related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
