Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is looking for a qualified, professional individual for a Technical Support Specialist role in Tallahassee, FL. $20.00/hr | 8 hour shift | Monday through Friday
Requirements:
- Understands Windows 10 and/or 11 imaging
- Some Audio/Video experience is a plus
- Great understanding of Adobe & Microsoft O365 suites
- Great customer service skills
- Experience with: Windows, conferencing, imaging, audio/visual, O365 applications,
- Ability to work after hours and/or weekends, if needed, for on-call rotation, system upgrades/replacements, storm tech support, etc.
- Great work ethic
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
