Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Prep Cook in Troy, MI.  In general food assembly for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:   
  • Reading product recipes, along with measuring and using scales to weigh ingredients.
  • Able to operate control panels on specific machines.
  • Adhere to food safety and sterile work environment process.  
  • Ability to identify ingredients and label accordingly. 
  • Self-motivated with eagerness to cross-train and work in a team environment.
  • Food product experience is a plus. 
  This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.    Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $15.00  per hour. Generous referral bonuses are available.  Available shifts include 1st (7:00 am – 3:00 pm) Monday through Friday
