Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an experienced Maintenance Tech for a large, established client located in Pemberville, OH. The Maintenance Tech will ensure that equipment and machinery are working at optimal efficiency to produce and manufacture products safely and on time.   This position will perform electrical, mechanical, and pipefitting duties which involve replacing, repairing, and cleaning equipment and/or component parts.   Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $20.00 per hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.   Monday- Thursday 6:30am- 5:00pm, Friday 6:30am- 3:00pm, and occasionally 6:30am- 12:00pm on Saturday.  Responsibilities of the Industrial Machine Mechanic:   • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.  • Repair all production equipment as needed.   • Update equipment, machinery, and tools as needed.   • Comply with GMP, safety, OSHA, and audit standards.   Preferred Qualifications of the Industrial Machine Mechanic:   • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.• Previous mechanic or machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or production. • Proven track record of effective problem-solving. • Strong communication skills.  About Cardinal Staffing Services:Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. has over 25 years of experience being recognized as leaders in the staffing industry.
