Sales Representative - Inside Sales
Join our team as a Sales Representative and dive into the exciting world of promoting trade show spaces, magazine ads, and other advertising avenues. This is a fantastic starting point for those new to sales, offering a solid base salary plus commission. We're in Brighton, MI, providing a prime spot for local talent to thrive.

Are you a fit?
A high school diploma is required.
Prior sales experience is a plus, but beginners are welcome.
Excellent communication skills - you rock both phone and face-to-face chats.
Comfortable cold calling and using the phone to build connections.
Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a dash of initiative.
Negotiation skills to craft tailored solutions for clients.
Detail-oriented, organized, and a multitasker.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Independent worker and a team player.
Open to occasional travel.

What you do:
Make cold calls and handle inside sales, introducing businesses to our advertising opportunities.
Build relationships over the phone and in person with potential and existing clients.
Keep clients happy, seek upselling chances, and pitch the benefits of our Trade Show and ST Magazine features.
Spot new sales chances, cater ad solutions to client's goals, and stay engaged with past clients.
Work with managers to fine-tune strategies and track sales performance.
Use provided software for accurate sales records and data collection.
Travel occasionally (around twice a year) to represent us at trade shows and events.
