Cardinal Staffing is partnered with a growing manufacturing facility in Grand Blanc, MI. They are looking for Production Machine Operators for 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm.
Pay:  
  1. Starts at $16-$18 Depending on Experience
  2. 2nd and 3rd Shift start at $17.50.
  3. Anything over 40 is time and a half.
  4. Anything on Sunday is Double time.
Shifts/Schedule:
  1. 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm
  2. Monday thru Friday, Every other Saturday and Sunday
Job Description:Production Machine Operator
  1. Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications. Assigned Machines may include Draw, Pickle Line, Shot Blast, Annealing Furnace, and similar equipment.
  2. Processes the required quantity of coils within established specifications and tolerances per customer work order.
  3. Measures & visually inspects finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
  4. Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
  5. Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
  6. Monitors & reacts to safety alarms.
  7. Operate a Hilo (Forklift Truck with a Boom) – in house certification provided.
  8. Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Dress Code/Appearance Requirements: 
  1. Jeans or work pants, Dress operate shirt, and PP (Steel Toes)
Time to/Benefits to Hire in:
  1. Quarterly reviews and raises (up to $2.40 a year) based on attendance & performance.
  2. We are a non-union shop; however, we have a Labor Agreement, with Representation (renewed every 1-3 years)
