Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring Production Assembly Workers for a large, well-known automotive client in Northwood, OH that manufactures Wrangler and Gladiator seats.  You will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer.  Production Assembly workers are responsible for operating machinery, assembling, manufacturing, and/or upholstering & steaming the seats.  Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $17.25-$18.25/hour.  Generous benefits are available upon hire-in!   Available shifts include:1st - 5AM to 5PM2nd - 5PM to 5AM Responsibilities of the Production Assembler:  
  • Perform basic assembling, machine operating, material handling, and upholstering.
  • Perform pre-assembly set-up and functions as required. 
  • Maintain work area and equipment by proper cleaning and organizing. 
  • Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process. 
  • Maintain efficiency and follow safety protocols at all times. 
  • Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution. 
 Required Qualifications of the Production Assembler: 
  • Must have previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.   
  • Previous assembly, production, or machine operation a plus
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Job requires lifting 35-50 pounds repetitively
