Job Description

  • Packs and Inspects products per specifications 
  • Assembles cartons and ensures boxes are labeled correctly 
  • Ensures proper setup of Kabar machines to manufacture first quality product 

 
  • The start time is 5AM for production. They must be able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour day shift. Most are currently on 10-hour days. They must be able to work Saturdays, though we try to stay away from scheduling Saturdays. If they do work it is 5AM – 1PM only. 
  • Monday – Friday. Seldom Saturday, but must be able to do so if required.
  • $16.50. Once they reach 90 days and are hired in, the wage goes to $17.00 (minimum) to $21.00. The wage depends upon the position they’re placed in.
