Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a large telecommunications company in Maumee, OH.  As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a call center setting and be involved in all aspects of customer service including: 
  • Talking to customers via phone, text, email, or on company's website chat
  • Taking 80-100 calls per day
  • Account management
  • Trouble shooting and transferring calls to their appropriate departments
  • Some sales as needed
  • Data entry through Adobe CS suites, Microsoft Office, etc.
 Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to organize and maintain accounts
  • High School degree

Shift and Pay:
  • Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • $16- $20 per hour; based on experience
