Dana Incorporation4440 N Atlantic Blvd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 1st Shift: 6:00AM – 2:00PM2nd Shift: 2:00PM – 10:00PM3rd Shift:  10:00PM-6:00AM About: Dana is one of the world’s leading suppliers of complete drivetrain systems for passenger cars, SUVs, vans, and light trucks. As a system integrator, they work with the clients to engineer, manufacture, and assemble each of their components, including drive shafts and axles, into complete systems designed to meet customer requirements. Dress Code: Employees are expected to wear work appropriate clothing.  Jeans, Khakis, and short or long sleeve shirts are permitted.  No sweatpants, jogging pants, leggings / yoga pants, tank tops, exposed stomach, low-cut shirts, and nothing offensive on the clothing. PPE: Masks, Steel toed shoes, and safety glasses are required.  Ear plugs are optional.  However, if you are going to wear ear protection, they cannot be headphones, earpiece, or anything electronic. Attendance Policy: Dana operates off a strict attendance policy.  All absences must be approved in advance of a missed date.  In case of an emergency Dana may require documentation.  Any unauthorized absences may result in disciplinary action up to termination from your assignment. If, for any reason you are going to be late, absent, or leave early from your shift you are required to call the Auburn Hills Employee Call-In line.  Please call 30 minutes prior to the start of your shift at 877-897-1981.  If you are leaving early from your shift you also required to let your supervisor know prior to leaving the building. Attendance Point System:
  1. ½ Point: Tardy or leaving early less than one (1) hour 
  2. 1 Point: Absent for your shift
  3. 1 Point: Tardy or leaving early greater than one (1) hour
  4. No Call No Show – Automatic Release and assignment ended
 Point Allowances: Temporary employees are allowed up to two (2) points.  Any temporary employee that exceeds two (2) points is subject to their assignment being ended at Dana. **Employees are required to enter and exit the building through the main entrance next to the flagpole.  Additionally, employees must sign in / out (daily) until they receive an employee badge.   Once employees receive their badge (second week) they are required to enter / exit (daily) through the employee turnstiles.
