Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for Assemblers in Havana, FL. As an Assembler for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Six months of experience in related field. This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $13.00 - $15.00 per hour. Generous referral bonuses are available.
Available shifts include 1st shift (7:30 am – 4:30 pm).

- Perform mechanical and assembly operations on parts, printed circuit boards, cables, wire harnesses, electronic enclosures, assemblies and subassemblies
- Requires use of fixtures and hand power tools to accomplish proper fit or adjustments
- Work from detailed work instructions, but may work from blueprints completing layouts
- Basic soldering may be done if certified
- Understanding of mechanical assembly requirements, material handling and ESD requirements
